How We Review Casinos
Every casino is checked against the same criteria before it appears on our site. We read the full bonus and withdrawal terms, check the licence against the regulator’s public register, look up the company behind the site and test how the casino works on desktop and mobile.
Our Rating System
Each casino receives a score out of 10 in four areas:
- Trust & Fairness: licence, ownership, clear terms, withdrawal limits and complaint history.
- Games & Software: the size and quality of the game library and the providers behind it.
- Bonuses & Promotions: the real value of offers once wagering, time limits and maximum bets are taken into account.
- Customer Support: availability, speed and quality of live chat and email support.
The overall rating is based on these four scores. We update reviews when terms change. If a casino no longer meets our standards, we lower its rating or remove it from our recommendations.
